I just came across this quotation from Microsoft’s Bill Gates and I think it perfectly states my own belief in how technology can either help or hinder an enterprise.

You may notice that in addition to travel technology, I post information about independent bookstores. While travel technology has been my career for over a decade, I also have a strong affinity for anything book related: bookstores, libraries, publishing, etc. When I come across interesting information related to these topics, I include them on my blog as an “aside.”
